Nancy
Nancy O’Leary has over 6 years of experience in the food truck management industry as well as 25 years of experience in the financial industry.
Her journey began with opening her own company in New Jersey and growing the fleet from a mere 50 vendors to now over 200. Her goal has always been the same -to help the food trucks that she works with grow their businesses and bring a very high level of customer service and professionalism to the events that she works with – from small private catered events to large corporate and festival events. She is excited for the growth and to bring the same success to the big apple in New York.
Josh
Josh Gatewood opened his first food truck in 2013 with the proceeds that he won from appearing on the show “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?”
He has expanded his own fleet to own not only three food trucks but also several restaurants. In addition, Josh has countless hours of experience in booking various types of events for 10 years across the northeast from Washington D.C. to New York City. This new venture helps him to grow into the management area of the food truck industry.
He feels that with his background of working on the truck and in the front lines of the industry, this will only help to further advance the industry that has so positively impacted his life.

She has become a vital force in connecting food trucks with private and public events across New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is now looking to bring this expertise to the big apple!
Her background in running social media accounts, content creation, and curation is instrumental in showcasing the diversity and uniqueness of the food trucks. She excels in working closely with food truck owners to schedule them at events, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive and grow their businesses. Additionally, Alison collaborates closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, connecting them with the perfect food trucks for their events.
