and kept innovating and refining until we landed on the recipe for
the best mozzarella sticks we’ve ever tried.

Our featured dish is the Big Mozz Sticks: the world’s tastiest, cheesiest, and authentically crafted mozzarella sticks. Your tastebuds won’t know what hit ’em! Made with real, fresh ingredients like fresh garlic, parsley, and romano cheese, and 100% whole milk mozzarella for the ultimate cheese pull.

Meet Matt

Matt Gallira started Big Mozz as a popup at Smorgasburg, and Big Mozz Sticks are now served around the country at restaurants, stadiums & concert venues, and now at stores like Whole Foods. From the start, we wanted to be a great catering company and bring joy to our customers through our food and presentation.
