Stuf’d Food Truck opened in 2016. The cuisine is inspired by the owner’s favorite dish as a child – her grandmother’s french toast. As an entrepreneur, she wanted to create a business that features a sandwich that headlines french toast. Some of the other options on her menu include bbq pulled pork sandwiches/ slides and maple buffalo chicken bites.
Rebecca grew up in Rockland County, NY surrounded by a big family. This influenced the way she interacts with her guests and makes each experience personal and loving. Her entrepreneurial spirit along with her passion for food makes her truck a reason to stop and grab some lunch or dinner.
